Fly into Jackson and look out for your airport transfer to your accommodation. Tonight marks the commencement of your adventure. You're welcome to explore Jackson, WY, before the scheduled meeting, but ensure you return promptly to meet the group. Check the welcome note at the hotel for the meeting time. Following introductions, your CEO will provide a detailed overview of your tour.

Day 2
Jackson – Grand Teton National Park – Jackson (81 miles)
Embark on a day of exploration amidst the breathtaking peaks and valleys of Grand Teton National Park. Commence your journey in the moose historic district, where the tales of adventurous fur trappers, mountain men, and pioneering female entrepreneurs are woven into the log-cabin homesteads of yesteryear. Head to the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Centre, where young travellers can kickstart their junior ranger journey.
Later, gear up for a rafting expedition down the Snake River. Drift gently along the water and keep your eyes peeled for the diverse wildlife that inhabits the surrounding woodlands and meadows, including mule deer, pronghorn, elk, and moose. Following your river adventure, relish a delicious lunch to cap off an exciting day.

Day 3
Grand Teton National Park (87 miles)
Embark on a boat journey across Jenny Lake before venturing on a hike through Cascade Canyon, a geological marvel shaped by retreating glaciers around 15,000 years ago. Continue your exploration to Hidden Falls, cascading nearly a hundred feet into the gorge. In the afternoon, consider taking a hike around Jackson Lake. For young explorers, the chance to complete junior ranger activities and earn their Grand Teton badge awaits! Optionally, bring your swimsuit and swim in the clear waters of Jenny Lake.

Day 4
Jackson – Yellowstone National Park (156 miles)
This morning drive crossing the Continental Divide, entering the expansive caldera of the Yellowstone super volcano—a geological marvel capable of massive eruptions, with Yellowstone having witnessed three such events in just over two million years. Witness wisps of steam rising from geothermal hotspots scattered throughout the park, which hosts about half of the world's geysers.
Make a stop at the Old Faithful Visitor Education Centre to kickstart a new junior ranger journey and gather to witness the renowned geyser's clockwork eruption. Explore boardwalks that wind between bubbling hot springs and geysers in the Upper Geyser Basin, and marvel at the spectacular rainbow-hued Grand Prismatic Spring, where thermophilic bacteria create stunning shades of yellow, blue, and red.

Day 5
Yellowstone National Park (107 miles)
Embark on a Yellowstone adventure across 2 days, witness remarkable geological wonders and captivating wildlife in the Yellowstone wilderness, established as the world's inaugural national park in 1872. Take a hike through the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, marvelling at the rushing river and falls. In the lush Hayden Valley, be fascinated by the bubbling Mud Volcano and the turbulent waters of the acidic Sulphur Caldron.
Continue your exploration at the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Centre, where you'll encounter bear habitats, gray wolves, and river otters, gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for these magnificent creatures.*
*There is so much to see and do in Yellowstone National Park and the wildlife is a big part. Based on animal sightings and park ranger feedback, CEOs are given the opportunity to adjust the order of highlights explored in the park. The activities above will be delivered across day 5 and 6 of this tour.

Day 6
Yellowstone National Park (107 miles)
Explore the historic town of Mammoth Hot Springs, housing the Yellowstone National Park headquarters, and make a stop at Roosevelt Lodge, once a tent camp for trappers and explorers. Embark on a safari through the sweeping Lamar Valley, often referred to as the "Serengeti of North America" due to its high concentration of wildlife, including bison, elk, and the elusive wolves and grizzly bears. Enjoy the rich tapestry of nature and history as you delve into the wonders of Yellowstone.

Day 7
Yellowstone National Park
Enjoy your last day exploring the beloved Yellowstone National Park. Descend a wooden boardwalk into the expansive Norris Geyser Basin, adorned with vibrant pools and steaming fumaroles. Later, pause at the Old Faithful Visitor Education Centre for lunch, providing young travellers with the opportunity to earn a coveted Yellowstone junior ranger badge. Make the most of your final moments in this iconic park, soaking in the natural wonders and educational experiences it has to offer.

Day 8
Yellowstone National Park - Jackson (156 miles)
Travelling this morning all the way back to Jackson will take around 3 - 4 hours, enjoy the sceneries back through the mountain ranges keeping an eye out for wildlife. Your group will be dropped off in downtown Jackson as you make your way independently to the airport.
Please be aware, due to the travel time from Yellowstone National Park your flights are no earlier than 2pm. We suggest to add on a post night in Jackson for ease of travel home.
