When to go to Wyoming

Wyoming climate is semi-arid and is drier and windier than many other states in the US. Summers are warm with July high temperatures averaging between 29°C and 35°C. Winters are cold with heavy snowfall in the mountains with as much as 510cm falling annually.

Visiting Wyoming

Beginning in Utah and ending in Colorado, the seven-night Wild West Cowboys & Buffalos tour traverses the north of Wyoming and includes two nights in Yellowstone. Rodeo events take place throughout the summer including one of the world’s largest rodeos, Cheyenne Frontier Days, in the last week of July.
