Classic Queen – The Classic Queen is a 250- to 300-square-foot room with a queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed and all standard amenities.
Deluxe Room Double – This room features two Tempur-Pedic double-size beds and all standard amenities in addition to a sitting chair and ottoman, and a city view in 275- to 300-square-feet of space.
Deluxe Room King – The Deluxe Room King has 275- to 375-square-feet of space and includes a Tempur-Pedic king-size bed, sitting chair and ottoman, a city view and all standard amenities.
Executive King – This room has 350-square-feet of space and includes a Tempur-Pedic king-size bed, sitting chair and ottoman, a city view and all standard amenities.
Benson Junior Suite King – Made up of 354- to 487 square feet, the Benson Junior Suite King includes a king-size 8-foot pillow top or Tempur-Pedic bed, a 42” flat-screen TV, city view and a sitting area with a couch, two chairs and a coffee table.
Accessible Benson Junior Suite King – The Accessible Benson Junior Suite King has 414 square feet of space and includes a king-size 8-foot pillow top or Tempur-Pedic bed, a downtown view, a close-captioned 42” flat-screen TV, a sitting area with a couch, two chairs and a coffee table. Additionally, there are handrails in the bathroom and a hand-held showerhead; lowered closet rods and peepholes, and a touch tone bedside lamp.
Executive Junior Suite King – This room features 375- to 450-square feet of space and includes a king-size 8-foot pillow top or Tempur-Pedic bed, a 42” flat-screen TV, city view and a sitting area with a couch, two chairs and a coffee table.
Broadway Suite – This 600-square-foot suite is located on the hotel’s stop floor offering spectacular views of downtown. It includes a Tempur-Pedic king-size bed in a separate bedroom, a separate living area with a sofa, two sitting chairs and a coffee table, a wet bar, a bathroom with a separate vanity and two TVs: a 42” LCD HDTV in the living room and a 37” LCD HDTV in the bedroom.
Penthouse Suite – The Penthouse Suite contains 500- to 600-square-feet and is located on the hotel’s stop floor. Grand Suite – This 800-square-foot suite is in a corner room on a high floor and offers views of both North and East Portland. It includes a Tempur-Pedic king-size bed in a spacious master bedroom that’s separated by French doors as well as a large private bath with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and double-head walk-in shower. It also features a living room with a couch, two chairs and a dining area as well as a half bath, a wet bar, fireplace and baby grand piano.
Presidential Suite – The 800-square-foot Presidential Suite is located in a corner room on a high floor, providing views of North and East Portland. It features an 8-foot Tempur-Pedic king-size bed in a spacious master bedroom that’s separated by French doors; a living room with a couch, two sitting chairs, a coffee table and a dining area with a large dining room table, as well as a half bath, a wet bar and fireplace. There are two TVs: a 50” LCD HDTV in the living room and a 37” LCD HDTV in the bedroom.
