Price is based on 4 adults and 4 children staying in a 4 bedroom villa with private pool in the Solterra community, allocated prior to arrival.  Specific homes also available, please enquire for pricing.

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.    All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

A resort fee will be applicable for all Solterra Resort arrivals wishing to have access to the amenities within the resort including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.  The fee will range between $34 and $57 (inclusive of taxes) depending on the number of guests wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking pass and also pay for the resort fee.  Please note that this charge is exclusively applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay; it won't be necessary to pay if guests opt out.
