Windsor at Westside Resort is a luxury community in the Kissimmee area of Orlando, offering spacious, upscale homes in a prime location.

Conveniently located just off US 192, the resort provides easy access to theme parks via Toll Road 429 and Westside Blvd, and is only a 15-minute drive from Disney – perfect for Disney lovers! There are also plenty of nearby dining and shopping options.

These homes are furnished to a high standard, with upgraded furniture packages, and feature private screened pools. The outdoor patios, complete with furniture, provide the perfect spot for relaxing in the Florida sunshine or enjoying al fresco dining.

Inside, you'll find a TV with cable and DVD player in the lounge and master bedroom, while all linens, towels, and essential household equipment like an iron, vacuum, and laundry facilities are included. A villa telephone is also provided for convenience.

The resort offers extensive amenities, including a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a large resort-style pool and water slide, a modern fitness center, volleyball and multi-purpose sports courts, a sundry shop, and a video arcade. For refreshments, the on-site Tiki Bar serves drinks and food for poolside dining.

Windsor at Westside is in a gated community providing guests with a choice of 6 - 9 bedroom homes with private, screened pools.  Most offer a games room or spa, and every home offers WiFi and a complimentary welcome back on arrival.

Home occupancies:

  • 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
  • 7 Bedroom Home: Maximum 14 people
  • 8 Bedroom Home: Maximum 16 people
  • 9 Bedroom Home: Maximum 18 people

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be prepaid at the time of booking.

 

  • Each villa features a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Not all dining tables are large enough to seat all guests but there is usually additional seating outside or along a breakfast bar. There are plenty of supermarkets to pick up groceries within easy reach.
  • A huge variety of restaurants available in the surrounding area serving everything from American BBQ classics and Mexican standards, to delicious Argentinean steakhouses and Chinese restaurants
