Located in the Davenport area, the Solana Resort offers modern and individually furnished villas in a lovely gated community, which features a clubhouse, with fitness room, kids play area and communal pool. If you’re looking for a great place for a family holiday or you’re travelling in a large group this can be a brilliant choice with up to five bedroom homes available.

Each villa features air-conditioning and a private pool, where you can relax once you've visited all the nearby parks and attractions.

Only 20 minutes from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort and within easy travelling distance of the attractions of Orlando, you’re well placed to keep the kids happy but with plenty of things for adults to enjoy too. Price is based on 4 adults and 4 children staying in a 4 bedroom villa with private pool in the Solana community, allocated prior to arrival.  Specific homes also available, please enquire for pricing.

 

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
