Overview

Nestled amongst a luscious manicured area, the Highland Reserve Homes are part of a desirable development – there’s a great sense of community spirit here that makes for a really friendly welcome. This development is fantastic for golfers, with many of the properties overlooking the verdant course and all within easy access of it. If you want to spend your days honing your putting skills, this is a great place to do it.

We love the location that makes it easy for you to enjoy the various attractions and facilities at the Walt Disney World Resort – it’s just a 20 minutes’ drive away. You’ll have self-catering facilities with a fully-equiped kitchen, however there are also plenty of options nearby for great all-American dining. There’s a choice of four or five bedroom homes, all with the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing stay; these are great for a home-from-home style getaway.

Top tip: The communal area houses a tennis court and a children’s play area and an 18 hole PGA golf course, to keep kids and adults alike entertained.

Price is based on 4 adults and 4 children staying in a 4 bedroom villa with private pool in the Highlands Reserve community, allocated prior to arrival.  Specific homes also available, please enquire for pricing.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
