You’ll never be far from freshly-crafted burritos and tamales; many of the restaurants in Santa Barbara have won awards and have received critical acclaim. No matter what your budget is, there is plenty of choice – pizzas, sushi, burgers, juice bars are just some of the culinary offerings.

Drinking

Alongside being a great producer of wine, Santa Barbara also offers numerous bars. Because of the student population, many of the drinking venues are quite cheap, particularly on some weekday nights. Clubbing isn’t really as popular here as it often is in cities, but they more than make up for it with the choice of friendly pubs.
